Community Marketing Manager 

Our client, a leading PR and Marketing Agency, are looking for a Community Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimise their digital and social marketing campaigns across all digital channels internally and for clients. 

This is a new position that has arisen to office a more comprehensive social element to their integrated campaign implementation. The Community Marketing Manager will report directly into the Client Services Director and work in unison with client services team and the design studio. The successful candidate will also have direct client liaison and commercial accountability. 

• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and digital display advertising campaigns (PPC). 
• Plan, manage and measure their social media presence and that of their clients 
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 
• Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights 
• Brainstorm new and creative digital growth strategies 
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests 
• Collaborate with internal teams to create online content and optimise user experience 
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and touch points 
• Collaborate with supplier partners 
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate 

• Proven working experience in digital/social marketing – 2 years+ 
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns 
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate 
• Proficient in building online social network communities – targeting relevant audiences inline with client target markets 
Good knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIN and Google+, Bloggers and trade media platforms 
• Planning and distributing social and digital content collateral – creating assets independently and working with design team on production of visual content 
• Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels 
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools 
• Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns 
• Working knowledge of HTML 
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement 
• Publishing and analytics of e-marketing campaigns
